I booked a car at Edinburgh airport for four days. Had to change a flight date leaving one day later. The charge for a small car for one day extra was £64, the cost for the other four days was £99!!!!!!! I decided to cancel the booking. £40 cost to cancel. For refund I had to call an 0808 telephone number, on the line for 15 minutes, finally decided to give up as the cost of the call would have been exorbitant. They answer within a minute to make a booking, but are not interested in giving refunds. They are the worst car hire company I have had the misfortune to use. I would give them zero stars if it had been possible!!!!

Excellent service, good price and the cars are always clean well maintained. (been using them for years). The key drop box means you can return your car when they are closed is awesome. just so convenient.

Absolute trash, staff had no idea what they were doing and told me i had been upgraded to a 7 seater instead of a Astra or equivilant 4/5 seater...This all very well and good until I refused to take the vehicle! Turns out the vehicle they offered me was the only 7 seater they had and next to me waiting on their vehicle was a couple who needed 6 seats who they were going to give a 5 seat vehicle!! We swapped the vehicles over but nothing but hassle making me an hour late at my destination, young foreign lady on the desk in their office just wasn't interested in helping, avoid these jokers as they really do not have a clue what they are doing!!
