Truly amazing service !
This rental exceed my expectations a smooth rental check in, with friendly staff who go above and beyond with any information or help you need.
A great 24 hour return service also but be warned the small car park does fill up quick for out of hours returns.
Avis Nottingham standards are extremely high.

Avis is quite literally the worst rental company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM! Also, the manager at this branch is so rude and give you false information!! Honestly don't know how he works there. Avoid Avis if you can!

Booked a car for the weekend and paid extra for it to be delivered. No one showed up or even bothered to contact me. Called the office on Monday and they showed no remorse.. Avoid at all costs

Good customer service. The guy who served me on Monday was thorough and kept his cool even though there were lots of customers and just 1 person at reception. Avis & Budget, you need at least 2 people at reception. Don't overwork the decent staff you have

In short: Inefficient, under staffed and very frustrating.

While staff were polite and knowledgeable, the service was vexingly slow. Picking up the car with two members of staff working, took far longer than the competition, and dropping it off, was asked to wait for almost an hour, behind three other customers, only for it to be completed in a matter of seconds.

50 minutes waiting time to get your car every time that i have rented

I rented a car from Avis during my vacation to Nottingham on last December and June. I used two different credit card to rent the car during both time. And both of my credit cards information were THEFT after i leave UK. At first i thought that was other service provider. But until the second time, only i realised that both of the card had been used in AVIS which caused the incident. So, I believe Avis had leak my credit card information or there is some loophole in their system. Hence, i was forced to cancel my credit card in the end. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Difficult to park. Information about pickup not clear so the car wasn't ready. The office is a prefab shed. The car had recently been smoked in. The fuel gauge dropped by an eighth after 14 miles. The receptionist was friendly which was the only good point
