About Avisford Park Golf Club
This has been set up for Avisford Park members and guests. We would like to think that it will be used as a forum for comments, tips and communication.
Avisford Park Golf Club Description
The course is now a visual delight with a profusion of trees and flowering shrubs bordering its fairways and boundaries. Technically the course represents a testing challenge of accuracy and control; it is a par 70 of 5900 yards.
The newly redeveloped Clubhouse is a light and airy complex, with a relaxed lounge, restaurant and bar. Food is available whether its a light snack, lunch or catering for events of up to 80 people
Total membership is around 350, there is no waiting list at present, the fees are relatively modest, visitors are welcomed and are advised to telephone first to check availability.
Avisford Park is a well-equipped and well-organised club, a real golf club, not a multi-sports profit centre. Above all a friendly club, where anyone can join, find a welcome and enjoy a round of golf.

Update on course conditions.
As we have had no let up on the continual rain, the staff have worked tirelessly, but holes 13, 14, 15 and 16 are still unplayable. Players will still have to play the 12th and then walk directly to the 17th tee.
All trolleys - electric and pull are still not permitted until further notice.
... The Mick Finneran Claret Jug competition will still be played this coming Sunday 9th February, but as a 14 hole competition. Tee times are on the website and notice board at the Club.
