A life coach's first and foremost goal is to help you achieve what you want to achieve. They have the ability to view things from afar and bring a new light on difficult situations. \To do that, they will seek to understand how you see the world. See what makes you tick. Listen to what you say, how you say it… even listen to the spaces between your words. During each session, you will have their undivided attention. \Life coaches understand we all have different values. And no values are right or wrong – each person's core values are exactly right for them. Your life coach won't judge you. Instead, they will look at the world through your eyes, according to your values, and then help you best achieve what you want in accordance to your values. \Your coach will hold you accountable according to your own standards. \\ Whatever it is, I approach your situation rationally and logically. Through questions and exercises, I will try to get a good idea of how you look at the world. From this I will be able to identify the most effective route to your goal. I find that sometimes people feel intimidated by the idea of change so I adapt their needs by taking things very slowly to fulfill their goals. I will simply break your goals into smaller bite-sized pieces. On the other hand, some people get very impatient and lose interest if their dreams aren't realized immediately. Then I will introduce stronger reminders and incentives to keep you on track! \\I am not someone who proposes a solution and leave you to implement it. I will stay with you to help you integrate the changes, new skills, and goals to make sure they really happen. You are never alone during the process. This is one of the reason why coaching is so effective. Another reason is that each session is tailored to fit you personally.
