Caroline is back from her holidays and ready for Pilates. All classes are back on this week 😀

This week has been all about preparing for my long yoga course which I am doing at the beginning of June. So lots of practice and lots of reading and I yet again have a lovely backdrop here in Cornwall and with the sun shining it has been a perfect week...

Ending our year of yoga with a session at home before our evening festivities.....we opened our hearts to 2019......we wish you a happy and healthy 2019

We had a full house this morning for our in between Pilates session....lovely to get stretched out after the Christmas festivities....
