Disgusted by the unproffessional manner of Jatinder and that of her practice manager!
This Monday I had a 12.30 appointment booked with Jatinder
I struggle to get down to the practice in Gatehouse road Aylesbury due to the acute chronic lower back pain!!!
However God knows I made It and arrived at 12.04...in the reception only to be then told
That my appointment has been cancelled
Because Jatinder had gone to attend a meeting!!!!!!!!
I had to leave the clinic still in agony!!!
Later that day I Eventually I spoke to the the practice manager based in Milton Keynes who I found to be rude and unsympathtic!
STILL NO APOLOGIES FROM THE MANAGEMENT!
This is not the first time that I have been badly let
Down by Isis!!!
