Very poor customer care. One of the staff Intimidated my 4 year old child for the reason that she was bit joyful while watching the fishes before I bought them.

One of the best fish shops around. Great prices and really good friendly advice! I have spent quite a bit in there over last 6 months and will continue too!

Would not recome to my worst enemies. Staff is lazy and sit behind the counter. Bought a gravel cleaner for 10 pounds which I later found for 0.97p on Amazon. Really dissapointed , would not recomens.

Good range of stuffs only thing, customer care should be improved. Not felt important. Felt like they (aquatics staff) want to get rid of me quickly when it's not too busy anyway. Not worth visiting again and again.

They helped me so much choose my perfect 3rd aquarium (120l) and recommended fish for my level and also recommended equipment. They know me pretty well since I am a very frequent visitor

This place has been established for quite some years & is located at the back of the farm shop a little way past the large trading estate. Great selection of healthy fish, corals & inverts, reasonable prices, the parking can get tight when the farm & aquatic shops are busy.

Aylesford Aquatics is about 25 miles away from where I live. There are many other aquatic shops much closer to me but none are anywhere near comparable. The quality and diversity of their stock, particularly fish, is amazing and every time I visit I am normally severely tempted by something, which I usually succumb to buying! I am yet to see a single dead fish in any of their tanks and in all my (many) visits have maybe seen a total of two fish looking in less than prime health. The tanks are lit and presented in such a way to show the inhabitants at their best. A very small area that I think could be improved upon (the same can be said of virtually every shop local to me however) would be their range of live plants. However, absolutely every aspect of the rest of the shop is pretty much ideal and keeps drawing me back. Trust me, they're well worth a visit if you've got any interest in fish.
