Phoned for a set meal for 2 people was being pushed to order more things. This is the best bit. When asked when I would like the food I asked how long it would take. This was 5.15 the guy said 45 minutes so I said that’s 6.00 then he said no 6.15 so I said don’t worry I will order else where. 4 missed calls later from them I answered the phone to the same guy who told me not to call and order food from them again if I can cook it faster then cook it myself!! Great customer service I thought so am currently on my way down to have a chat with them in person. Never use this take away

Completely over priced (+50%) and the supposedly "large portions" used as justification by the person taking the order were just average in size. Neither authentic Southern Indian, Northern Indian or traditional British Indian dishes - strange versions of the common dishes and were not particularly enjoyable. This is what happens when there is a lack of competition in a market. I would not recommend this take-away nor ever frequent them ever again.

Superb food. Order ahead to avoid waiting because *fast* food isn't necessarily good!

Order in advance online or by phone, yes the waiting time is longer than many. BUT its more than worth the wait! Freshly cooked generous portions top quality ingredients and reliable friendly service.

This is not a restaurant. This is a takeaway but they serve really gorgeous Indian food, although very slow at peak times.

Very slow service.

Used them years ago, but had to stop. The reason was their timings were way,eg. Told to pick up at 8pm, but food wasn't ready until 8.30pm.

Tried them again recently. Exactly the same problem, told to pick up at 8.30, but had to wait until 9.10.

The room was full of people waiting, some for an hour. All of us had ordered by phone or online. The staff were hiding out the back and not helpful.

I asked for a discount, as I had been kept waiting, but was told no. Was told they were just busy.

They will be less busy now, as I won't go back

Excellent food and very generous portions. I'm proud to be a regular customer.
