Very good. On time and polite.
all stars, been using them for years. In trouble i know i can count on them even on a very short notice.
My kitten had an appointment with the veterinary in the morning so I called in advance so we wouldn't be late, however the driver showed up 4 minutes late and still charged me full price £6. Fortunately, there weren't many patients and my kitten received her check up. After the appointment, I decided to call them back, as I wasn't rushed, but unfortunately it was the same driver and he was 18 minutes late. On top of that he tried to charge me £7! I wasn't having that! Furthermore, he gave me change in Euros, (that was my fault for not checking but bad on him for scamming me and bad on AZ Cars for hiring appallingly drivers.
I ordered a cab asking to come asap as I was late for my flight. The person on the phone assured me that the cab would be with me within 15-20min.
40min later - still no-one. I called back to ask where my cab was and was told that unfortunately it got stuck somewhere and that no other car would be a available for 1-2hours!
What infuriates me is that they had my phone number and even sent me a confirmation text when I placed the order. So why not warn me that the cab would not come and advise to find an alternative solution? Why make me waste my time???! Extremely unprofessional.
Never again with AZ cars.
Thank you I have had a most enjoyable journey. The driver was very polite, friendly and helpful.
Driver arrive 15 minutes late, but did take alternative route so we got to the airport just on time.
I like this service very much.. It helped me in a difficult time.. Thank you so much AZ cars. God Bless
