Paid a lot of money to get the missus eyebrows shaped and they messed them up. Didn’t seem to be bothered about it and tried to charge us more to have them fixed. Haven’t been back since and have advised friends and family to stay away aswel.

Sorry cant recommend had a root canal done a year ago, still have problems and appointments cancelled on me I had to go else where.

I was once an avid customer who would recommend and revere the clinic. That was until the expert pitchers there convinced me to try the Obagi skin range when I only suffered with minor hyper-pigmentation; my skin soon became sensitive, flaky and at least 40% thinner than it once was. I found out much later that the range is ordinarily offered to those who have serious scarring and acne.

It's not just their overt sales-style that's off-putting. It's also the fact that when I was clearly distressed about my sensitive skin, they made no attempt to discuss or invite me for an appointment to look at the situation in more depth. It was very much a case of, 'We have your money now so see you later'.

Over all, Azamay is a place where style reigns supreme over substance. They have all the ostentatious decor and the pseudo-intimidating atmosphere, but when you really get to know the place, the knowledge of the staff is no greater than people who work at Selfridges' counters and their customer service is sub-standard. Steer clear.

First-class, professional treatment! Antonio, assisted by Yien, were amazing. I went for my first ever root canal. Antonio immediately sensed my anxiety. His consultation at the beginning demonstrated his excellent ability to listen, to 'hear' where the patient is coming from, and to offer clearly the various options available. He ensured that I was pain-free throughout the whole procedure, which was awesome, as was his patient and expert work over the 2 hours. I can't recommend them more highly.

The 5 star reviews are fake.

If you like your appointments to be cancelled last minute then this place is for you. Even when they are not cancelled, you still have to wait an hour after your appointment time to be seen.

The running of this place is a joke. I will not use them again.

Absolutely terrible experience, I would give it 0 stars if I could. I went for laser hair removal treatment and for starters the consultation was short and extremely vague. She didn't look at my hair growth properly , instead just sat opposite from me and made assumptions about the growth. I was treated with IPL without being properly informed that it is not always effective for darker skin, and any problems I experienced with the hair growing back very quickly were simply put down to: everyone is different, no attempt was made to try and resolve the issue. Seeing as she did not properly assess my hair growth, on the first treatment only a small area amongst a larger area of facial hair was treated leaving the area looking extremely odd and patchy. I informed the therapist of this when I came for my next treatment and also spoke to the manager. The response I received was that the package I had paid for did not include treatment for the entire area. This would have been more understandable if I was informed of the specific area that the package would have covered, and told that it would not cover the entire area of growth at the consultation - hardly an outrageous expectation. The matter was not dealt with well and I was spoken to very rudely. Furthermore the therapist never stressed how important it was to always use sun protection and to avoid exposing the area to heat for a few days after treatment, instead I was simply made to sign a document that stated using sun protection was important without any verbal reminder (yes, therefore they technically did inform me, but there was no feeling of care from the staff). I would have expected the therapist to at least apply some sun protection after the treatment, but instead once the treatment was over I was simply sent on my way - overall the after-care information was extremely poor. Despite this I decided to give them a fair chance and go to to the remainder of my treatments. 7 treatments later my hair growth did not improve at all. I am now going elsewhere for laser treatment and have already seen amazing results after only 1 treatment. Staff at Azamay do not seem to care about their clients, make no attempt to form a good relationship with them, and can often be very rude. If you want effective results my suggestion would be to save your money, avoid Azamay, do some more research and go elsewhere for laser hair removal treatment. I wouldn't even dream of recommending this place.
