We only concentrate on the market sectors we know well and we only recommend candidates that we would recruit ourself. With many years of senior management experience we know what to look for in people. We always have at least one face to face meeting with any candidate we recommend to you for consideration. Following your initial evaluation, we will, if requested, provide a personality review for candidates you you wish to further review. We use Myers-Briggs but can adapt to your choice. We specialise in placing permanent candidates. We place a low number of candidates per year, concentrating on quality and likelihood of retention. It is our passionate belief that getting the right people in your business and keeping them is one of the most important factors in your success.
