My name is Barney Atkinson.
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, a Kettlebell, Metafit, Purestretch & Boxercise instructor (children & adults).
I'm also a qualified First Aider.
I work from a great studio in Hildenborough, Kent.
For many years I struggled to lose weight & get back into shape.
So I decided to make some changes. As a busy dad of 4 I don't have lots of time. So it was important to get results without spending all day in the gym!
I now use Herbalife Nutrition Products and exercise to change other peoples lives.
Herbalife also promotes a healthy active lifestyle too this is why I changed my life and became a wellness coach & Personal Trainer.

I run personal training in a group environment. Each session is very small, fun & rewarding.
I also have outdoor sessions in Sevenoaks.
Most sessions are suitable for every level of fitness even those who have never exercised before.
