We all have physical and mental health. The practice of yoga and meditation helps to keep both physical and emotional health in balance. Our mission is to support, empower and uplift others through yoga, meditation and wellness practices. Bal (Yoga and meditation teacher) has practiced yoga and meditation for over 23 years and has been teaching for over 4 years. She has first hand experience of the power of yoga, meditation and self-care practices. It has helped her journey through post and pre-natal depression and dealing with a traumatic miscarriage. When we focus on our own emotional wellbeing, we are able to handle the obstacles we encounter and lead a more present lifestyle. Currently we offer an online Zoom yoga class on Tuesday evenings.
