some members of staff management have a very negative attitude twords b&m or agency staff pickers.

Had a shocking experience today, very rude security staff at the gate house, given bay 53 ,asked for directions and they sed is near bay 54, +they have called me rubbish....shocking when you are trying to do your job and you are treated like this from some low lives....disgusted

Shocking service at their Towcester store. The queue was very long on both of the only checkouts that were open. We had an item with no barcode or tag on the kiddies wellies we wanted for our granddaughter (neither did any of the others on the shop floor).
The assistant called for help and we all waited and waited. I went and asked a lad who was playing with a clip board if he could help.
The reply was “sorry, I’m doing this” and continued to play with the clipboard!
Eventually someone came and we got served.
I saw the store manager go to the unhelpful but clearly very important (because he had a clipboard) assistant so I went and complained to him about him. The conversation we had was unbelievable. The manager had as much about him managerial wise and personality wise as a lamp post.
I use the store in Wellingborough when I go there so I will tell them about my experience and give them a good laugh.
I definitely won’t be going back to the Towcester one again.

Don't turn up for tip early and expect lorry to searched the norm really for big rdc

Very poor management, poor quality products wit above average price tags the staff is not properly trained and it lacks the professional aspect it competitors have

The most awful customer service I have ever had to deal with.
You are only able to speak to the same very small group of staff in the offices who are rude and unhelpful and do not appear to be experienced within their roles. They do not get back to you and are unwilling to sort out any issues.
I bought a very poorly made product which broke as soon as I got it home.
However they are unwilling to compensate or even apologise.
Do not deserve custom in my opinion.
