Had this lovely picture through my door this morning, yesterday I saw a dad with his 2 daughter’s practicing their gymnastics on a Patch of grass ( and I must say they were very good ) I spoke to the Dad for a few minutes ( from 2 metres away ) and then went home and got my crash Matt for them to use for the day 🙂.

This is brilliant 🤣 well done dad 🙂

Great morning to you all, hope you are all keeping safe and well 🙂. Whoop whoop! 3 weeks ahead of schedule, The online training platform is now up and running, which is good news for the students and great news for you the parents as this is a great opportunity for parents themselves to have ago and learn self protection, and it will also give you a better understanding on what I teach (don’t forget to bow at the tv before you start)😬 . By now you should of all received your... login details so simply go to www.bsmartmartialarts.com hit the online training tab at the top of the page and log on using Your password. New videos will be regularly added and I will soon be doing live zoom lessons to make students are practicing hard 🙂.
So let’s get this party started with a competition
On video 1 At the beginning of the cool cub turtle teaching you will see leanardo doing the warm up, to enter simply post a video of students or yourself doing the warm up, (don’t forget to tag me) and the best one will win a £100 gift voucher to spend in the B-smart shop 👏

So we had a jolly good chat on FaceTime where she showed me her tidy bedroom and she introduced me to her new puppies ( so cute) . The online training platform is almost done and you will soon be receiving your passwords, so you can log on and see my smiley face while learning self defence together. New videos will be regularly added and Once we’re up and running I will then be concentrating on live online zoom lessons to make sure students have been practicing:)
