BTR have been moving our household effects around the world to the various destinations my employment has taken me, for around 17 years! We've finally returned to the UK for a hopefully more stable existence. However since our very first move, the care, attention to detail and professionalism of the whole team, including their contracted packing and unpacking agents used in the various locations we've gone to, have been exemplary. The UK crews in particular should be single out. Hard working, organised, cheerful and diligent packers and unpackers.
The service from the management team has always been first class,. Wherever we've been in the world, on moving day and on redelivery day, there is always phone call from a senior manager to either myself or my wife, just to make sure everything is going to plan and to address any concerns we may have.
I cannot recommend BTR International highly enough to anyone who needs to move home internationally, or domestically. Peace of mind comes as standard with the service they provide.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

We spoke about the moving by phone and they grant me the best price for the best service.
It wasn't... me and my family start moving by car and delivery agent should arrive after 2-3 hour after our arrival in the new house.
He arrived after two day!!!! We had to live without our basic comforts, it was terrible for our sons and also for us.
Moreover in offloading our assets workes hadn't care about our assets, for example a part of my precious glasses fell down and were totally smashed...
In addition during the transfer a great part of boxes were craked,dented and damaged not considering my computer screen very scratched.
Finally we complaint for it but there were only informal excuses without any refund!!!
