Well patience is now my middle name! Tried exchanging 5 times to get Jasper and I to our new home in Aglionby, last moving date of 20/12 now impossible, so #byoungandhealthy still in Surrey until 2019! Having Christmas with good friends so enjoying my last few weeks ūüôŹūüŹ°ūüėĽ

Well for the observant of you it may have been obvious I didn‚Äôt move on 6/12! Then tried 13/12 and even 20/12 but contracts not yet exchanged so #byoungandhealthy is still in Surrey for what will probably be the rest of 2018. I pray for the family buying my house and their 3 young children that this gets sorted very soon! ūüôŹūüĎęūüŹ°ūüéČ

Well for those of you who know my journey I'm moving byoungandhealthy to the North of England very soon, a few legal hurdles to get through but praying that 6/12/18 will be my m√łving date!! - watch this space ūü§óūüôŹūüėć

Who would believe one year after setting up my Beachbody Coaching business I would be moving back to the Lakes!! Watch this space as I will reveal more details when I am ready to sign up new clients and coaches around Carlisle!ūü§ó

These new Beachbar snacks from Beachbody (gluten-free, no artificial nasties and no trans fats!!) are ready to order this afternoon, I am ordering a box of each flavour if anyone wants to taste them - give me a shout, I'm told they are very delicious but I really cant predict which one will be my favourite. I have been reminded today to share about Hip to Waist Ratio as a more meaningful indicator rather than BMI that is still in use by NHS in many assessments. When I worked in Weight Management services even 5 years ago BMI was pretty rubbished, and sports pros like Jonny Wilkinson were considered 'morbidly obese' via his BMI. Its a shame the NHS still use BMI in a lot in their calculations e.g. for access to Tier 3 weight management services. When I was doing individual health checks with nurse team we found the hip to waist ratio a lot more meaningful as it is seen to relate more accurately to risk of diabetes and helps us move towards a more healthy lifestyle.
