Another 1st time driving test pass! Today Kieran passed at Widnes test centre. I’m really pleased to have helped another learner badly let down in their previous driving lesson experience. Planning our approach and sharing goals through coaching and instruction led to today’s outcome. Another rescue training pass ,after a poor experience with another instructor who failed to find out how you best learn. Why don’t learners just come straight to me??🤔 No rush, no obsessive test focus, just patient, advanced level driving for life.
You learnt correctly, took on board my points about control and bought into the idea of knowing why you are following certain risk management techniques.
We worked hard on adding depth to your driving and allowing you independence to drive with confidence. It worked! Massive WELL DONE to Aurora, passing first time today. All our training paid off today. The drive was excellent ,proactive and utilised defensive techniques for some crazy road users and apparent death-wish cyclists! You controlled your nerves and showed how much you picked up from coaching not just instruction. This method has given you a depth to your knowledge and you are set to drive for life. You’ll miss my superb impressions though! 🙈🚘

3 in 2 days... massive congratulations to Claudia passing today this morning with six driver faults. Once again a learner that has had a really bad experience who has listened and learnt the why not just the what. You had a lot to contend with today on the drive and you had a lot to contend with when you started to learn with your last instructor.
Patience, understanding that learning isn’t about rushing or simply about the test and developing your independence. #proud
