Fantastic staff... You can tell they love all animals

These kennels are great, the staff are very dedicated and amazing. All of the animals are very well looked after. They hold some wonderful events throughout the year.
Work closely with the RSPCA and dog wardens. Will only rehome a dog once the prospective owners have been checked.
And we have had our dog from here.
Can't recommend the place enough. Really is a great.
They have fields, childrens play area, refreshments, pet supplies if all kinds, a large selection of dogs. Great place to visit.

We wanted to adopt a dog here. Applied to adopt to be phoned back 2 days later to be bluntly told that 'my application to adopt this dog had been unsuccessful' yet there were no questions asked about arranging a home visit for future suitability to home a rescue animal. I was told that the dog in question needed a dog companion as he arrived with a dog, and the selected family already had one. When I was there, I was interested in adopting 2 of the dogs for rehoming but was discouraged from doing this.
Being freshly berieved from recently losing my own dog, I have much love to give a new animal in need of a good home. But on my experience of dealing with this shelter, I certainly won't be going back again.

Dog rescue and great pet shop

Staff extremely rude. No organisational skills as they got my emails confused and stayed that they had met me and a staff member had enjoyed working with me when I had never been there. When I rang to enquire about this email the staff were extremely rude and ignored my request of speaking to a manager. The manager gave blunt replies and would not talk to me about a mistake that THEY made. I have never been so thankful about not getting a job in my life. Lucky escape.

Nice coffee and staff ..there's also a bric a brac area at the back .
