Thoroughly recommend the Dionysus' Garden Punch - absolutely delicious and exquisitely presented. Hendrick's Gin is my favourite! This was a refreshing treat after a hot , sunny day! We will be back to try some of your other cocktails �
The food is fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a very relaxed place and it's definitely got thumbs up from me. Will be going there again and again thank you babel..
The company I work for took a party of clients, and their partners, to the venue after the Gold Cup on Friday. A number of them have commented on how fantastic the venue was. I didn't attend myself but apparently the staff were very attentive, even though it was incredibly busy and there was a great selection wines and cocktails.
When booking the VIP area I spoke to Kieran, the Assistant Manager. He was incredibly helpful, and friendly, and was more than happy to tailor the packages to suit our needs.
We'll certainly be going back next time we're in the area, the evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
So.. What do I have to say about what I ate tonight at Babel? Was my first time I've tasted their food and I was surprised. Very well cooked, the pork was really tender and tasty. The chips were delicious and for sure I will be back soon for this amazing food.
Great staff and particularly the manager! Amazing food & really delicious courses for NYE. Accommodated additional dishes for a pescatarian/ dairy allergy. We had a blast! Thank you ☺️

Excellent service greeted at the door when we came in. Made a special drink for my son not just the standard one on the menu. The service was very attentive too kindly asking if we wanted the music lowered as we had our children with us. Me and my husband both thought our food was excellent (as was our sons) and I liked that there was healthy but yummy and very filling foods on the menu. I would highly recommend the Poke bowl the salmon was cooked really nicely. The place has a really trendy upmarket feel helped by the mood lighting and comfy spacious seating. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.
Excellent place! Really attentive staff, especially Mikaela.. I think that's how you spell her name? � Very relaxed atmosphere in Babel. Definitely coming back soon. Highly recommended.
Excellent new bar in the Brewery, loved the interior design, the cocktail I had was beautifully presented & tasted divine. I will be recommending to all of my friends & definitely be returning to try the food. O and also some more of the amazing cocktails!

A very baby friendly restaurant, plenty of space for prams and helpful in providing high chairs. Attentive staff, great food and the music is good but not too invasive. We had a great time.
A fabulous new cocktail bar in The Brewery Quarter offering something a little bit different to the usual menus. Great choice of food with something a bit lighter for the more health conscious but catering for those who want to fill up too. Upmarket, stylish and contemporary. A little taste of London in Cheltenham. :-)
Good food and interesting menu! Was pleasantly surprised, nice surroundings.
Waitress was lovely but service was very very slow! In the end they offered us water whilst we waited! My husbands choice of cocktail from the menu on the table wasn’t on offer that day..... They told us that after waiting 10 mins so he had to change his order and wait another 10 mins for it to come. Not cheap but they were nice enough when they eventually came. You can prob get better cocktails, cheaper and faster and many other places in Cheltenham. Teething problems for Babel that they will hopefully get sorted quickly.
It want that busy....you need to take drink orders from the tables!! Also no one asked us if we wanted to eat, so we didn’t bother
You can't manage the simplest of tasks by showing the England match to it's conclusion, and your manager thinks this is hilarious, what a twat you are. #Prick
So you go to a cocktail bar for a cocktail but you get told they are only serving three from the menu. You decide to scrap cocktails � and stick to Hendricks and tonic but get given two bottles of unopened tonic, accompanied by two glasses of gin... no ice! When you ask for some cucumber you get told the kitchen has closed but get offered a slice of lemon �, even though the tonic you have been given is pomegranate and basil �! #confusing.
After we finally sort drinks for the girls we realise we haven’t been given the IPA and wine we have just paid for. After three people behind the bar try to find a bottle of Indian Runner IPA they eventually resort to a pint of draft Goose IPA, nice choice just a shame I was in more of an Indian Runner mood.
After what has been the most shambolic drinks order with over five different people involved in the process, the only good thing for us is somehow they managed to severerly undercharge for the whole order.
If Babel expets to still be open this time next month, they should learn the basics of serving drinks and basic maths.
Glass was knocked over, no one came to clean it up immediately. Kids were in the area - unacceptable and dangerous for anyone!!! Tables were full of empty glasses, no regular cleaning of tables or spills on the floor. Shocking services.
After waiting 20 minutes at your bar to be served, sat down enjoying our drinks to then be asked to move. You weren’t busy at the time and when asked why, it was to keep the seat open for a bigger group, i’d like to point out we were sat at one of your individual tables. When I said no I’ll finish my drink first as we will be leaving after, your staff member stood an waited for us. Made me feel so uncomfortable we never be going back.
