Since starting my Business admin level 2 I have had nothing but support from the fabulous Dee who has very quickly adapted to my way of working which is to keep on top of everything as much and as far ahead as possible, even after only meeting each other twice she has already put me and the company I am working for forward for the gold star leaner and employer award which I look forward to hearing about.

I have used Babington for my NVQ Training since I was 16 years old and can honestly say I do not regret making the decision! I confidently completed my NVLQ2 Business Admin in a short time! and straight away was enrolled to my NVQL3 in Business Admin. I can leave nothing but positive feedback about Babington.

They are a group that actually care about their learners and their learners progress and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. The support and feedback you receive is excellent

Dee Wentworth is my training adviser and I would say you're lucky if you get Dee:)

I have just completed a level 3 in business administration with a lady called Dee Wentworth and she was so lovely! She helped me with absolutely everything i could possibly need and gave so much encouragement! Defiantly recommend this company to do any course with!

I completed my Digital Marketing Level 3 with Babington and loved the whole thing. The assessor came to my place of work so no unnecessary travel for me going to training centres, all the work was clearly explained by my assessor Joe, the Assignments were clearly explained. Would 100% recommend!

Just finished my level 3 NVQ in business and administration after completing level 2 last year. Have to say wouldn't have done it without the fabulous support from my tutor Dee Wentworth. Also a mention to Rob Kershaw, who without his help wouldn't have got through the level 2 functions skills last year. Would highly recommend them.

After doing the BBC's make it digital course in their Leeds branch here is my impression...

Pros

Encouraged us to make business cards.

Short 30min maths/English lessons

And do a presentations on website of your choosing.

Did a presentation of the building premises and our college experiences.

Were trusted to interview people on and off site.

On my placement...

Finally got the chance to volunteer with an organisation I'd previously been aware of 'Cloth cat studios'

Met with many other field experts and organisations of interest.

Helped set up open mike nights.

Cons...

Scripted teaching in groups not as individuals, was repeatedly told 'blame the content not the tutor'

Taught maths and English through PC's

Predictable activities.

Asked to use Microsoft office programs without any prior instructions.

Students are allowed to drift from task.

Left alone with teaching programs, which presume you have the previous underpinning knowledge and are easy to skip through..

Used unreliable WiFi connections for specifically online focused learning.

This is especially important considering we were on a social media course, and out of pure irony the same said sites were blocked.

Made to use an overcomplicated site to build logos.

Never again attempted using code academy for building websites even though it was one of our units to study...

Not the best place to be staff treat you like a school kid speak to you horrible plus they don't put you were you want to do work placement they put you far away from home I use to go the one in Bolton nothing but stress!
