Baboo Gelato

Blackcurrant ripple: a smooth cream base with a tangy blackcurrant coulis running through it, made with fruit from Forde Abbey Fruit Farm. Available at all three of our kiosks now.⁣⠀

Do you love ice cream? Do you enjoy working with people? Baboo Gelato is looking for a hardworking, reliable, outgoing, enthusiastic person with a good understanding of customer service, to work with our kiosk manager, scooping our delicious ice cream and making the best coffee for our lovely customers. You will be mainly working in the West Bay kiosk, but will sometimes be asked to work in our Morcombelake and Lyme Regis kiosks. Previous front of house or retail experience a...nd own transport is essential.
The job is for 5 days (roughly 35 hours) a week, starting now to the 27th October 2019.
Baboo Gelato is a rapidly growing business making ice cream from scratch using local ingredients and Italian know-how to produce outstanding ice cream that we sell directly from our kiosks in West Bay, Morcombelake and Lyme Regis, and to local pubs & restaurants.

It’s a picture perfect Easter Sunday. Daffodils, tulips and bluebells are out, and our orchard is in full bloom. Here is the blossom of the Comice pear, which we use to make our buttery smooth pear sorbet in the autumn. 🌸🍐

Yum yum yum, love that it is locally made and so very tasty-my two favourites so far have been blackcurrant sorbet and the gooseberry ice cream-so much natural flavour!

THE best Ice Cream I have ever tasted !!! The Strawberry actually tastes like real strawberries, the Salted Caramel tasted like how salted caramel should be. The Hazelnut and the Maple + Walnut flavour were out of this world !!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could !!!

Stunning ice cream from these guys... Maple and walnut flavour is unbelievable - had these all the past 2 wks and just been back for a large tub as an ice cream farewell finale..!

Loved discovering your kiosk in West Bay. Double Chocolate gelato was delicious. My youngest who doesn't do ice cream absolutely loved the raspberry/dark chocolate lolly. We will be back

I've only tried the double chocolate ice cream which was yum. The sorbets are so delicious - the mango and the blackcurrant - wow!
