Это очень вкусная морковь по-корейски. Готовится морковь по-корейски очень быстро, главное соблюдайте все этапы приготовления, и вы ощутите — что это самая вкусная морковь, которую вам доводилось пробовать.
Ингредиенты: морковь — 1 кг.;... соль — 1 ч.л.; молотый красный перец — на кончике ножа; щепотка кориандра; подсолнечное масло — 0,5 стак; чеснок — 4 крупных зубка; соевый соус — 1 ст.л.; половина лимона. Очень вкусная морковь по-корейски. Морковь вымойте, очистите и натрите на мелкой или специальной терке для моркови по-корейски. Выложите морковь в глубокую миску, и оставьте на 3-4 часа, чтобы морковь дала сок.
Затем в середине морковной кучки делаем углубление, и добавляем туда соль и перец. Не перешиваем. На сковороде наколите подсолнечное масло, до тех пор, пока не появится еле заметный дымок. Вылейте горячее масло, в углубление, но снова не перемешивайте. Накройте крышкой, и подождите 10 минут. По истечению указанного времени, откройте крышку и все перемешайте. Добавьте щепотку раздавленных зерен кориандра, соевый соус, свежевыжатый лимонный сок, чеснок и снова все перемешайте. Можно сразу кушать, а можно накрыть крышкой и подождать еще 10-15 минут. Great fast delivery, good quality products, fresh products.

Brilliant little shop. Some wonderful foods to try. The Latvian beer sausages are a favourite and with me living 60 miles away I kept missing them being on the shelf. I asked if they could get some and save them for me... They did... Brilliant. Now they have an online shop too.. It just gets better and better.. Love it.
