Baby massage can help sooth your baby to sleep .
Remember to use your soothing voice as you begin Your baby might need a bit of encouragement to establish her into this rhythm of being awake in the daytime and asleep at night. A relaxing massage may help. Babies who are often massaged have been found to have higher levels of melatonin in their bodies.

Please note that there is no baby massage course running in June .
The next course will start on Tuesday 16th July at 10am.
Babies should have had the 6 week check prior to starting the course.
