This place is fantastic, the service is first class. We ordered a silver cross pram, and I picked it up on Thursday for my son and his fiancée. When they came to collect it from our house and tried to put it in the car boot, we realised it would not fit, unfortunately we forgot to check when we ordered it. Rang babyland up and they were brilliant, because it had not been used they took it back and ordered us a different silver cross that would fit snd ordered for express delivery. Brilliant shop, brilliant customer service and brilliant staff. Thank you

The service is excellent and staff so knowledgeable! They didn’t try to sell you the most expensive products, but the products that suited my partner and myself. We went there with absolutely no idea and walked out knowing every detail about the items we bought. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is buying stuff for their baby

If you are looking for a new car seat for your little one then definitely go to Babyland/Williams Cycles in Cheltenham. We went after having been advised and fitted for a car seat at Mothercare. We needed it a bit sooner than they could get it so we phoned Babyland. In between our call and going to the shop they did a lot of research for us as it turns out the seat we had been recommended has not been safety tested for one of our vehicles by the manufacturer . That means that even though it may 'fit' (all the clicks and green lights etc) it is not tested and may not perform well in a crash! They did the research for us (including all new the iSize regulations) and recommended a seat that was safer, better for us and our daughter and had been safety tested for both our vehicles! Top job guys!!!

I purchased both of my pram’s from here Mamas & papas moove for my son & a Venicci for my girl which I still have & currently using. Lovely staff always very friendly & offer help when needed would highly recommend.🌟👍

I highly recommend Babyland. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. It's been our 'go to' place when we've needed bigger purchases such as prams and car seats. There is so much choice and their expert advice made choosing the right product so much easier!

I was like a rabbit in headlights when we went to look for our travel system, having had confusing and poor experiences at some of the major retailers. However Harry took us step by step through our options (I think we looked at every single one in the shop!). We went back at least twice more before we decided and we never felt pressured to buy.



We are so lucky to have this shop in Cheltenham and would not go anywhere else now. Thank you to the whole team.

I can't recommend this shop enough. They are so helpful. I admittedly didn't buy my pram from here (but now wish I had.) I had a problem trying to fold my pram when it arrived and I took it in and they saw to it straight away. A few people from our NCT group also bought their prams from here and have been delighted.

Huge range and so helpful! Always go above and beyond to assist. Have been in a few times now and bought car seats, pushchair accessories and other baby things. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again in the future :)

Found out yesterday that Mamas and Papas wouldn’t be able to deliver the pram I ordered in April in time for my September Baby!! I only live in Cirencester and found this shop online as I wanted to go somewhere that I could take a pram away the same day if possible, I am so glad I did. From the moment we got there until the moment we left the customer service was second to none. We were shown lots of different options and how they worked, nothing was too much trouble. We decided on a Venecci pram in the end which Harry brought out to make sure it would fit into the boot of our car. He also checked the isofix base and car seat. He certainly knew what he was talking about as did the lady in store (sorry we didn’t catch your name) we will certainly be back again and will be recommending to any future Mums and Dads.

Fantastic shop. Cheaper than we could find online, all models and colours in stock, extremely friendly, polite and attentive staff. Now sending us a replacement part free of charge after it was lost on a flight home. My husband says he bought his first bicycle at Williams in Portland Street aged 8 and they wouldn’t let him at it until they were satisfied it had been set up perfectly. 40 years later and the same attention to detail. Impressive! Thank you.

Excellent customer service. When I went into the store last week to buy a pushchair I had not done any research or had any knowledge of what I was looking for. The staff there helped me straight away and spent a lot of time providing great detail of each product I was interested in. They helped me find one to suit my lifestyle and made sure it would fit in my car ok. I returned today with my partner who was equally as happy with the service and products and we ended up buying the products stress free. Would 100% recommend coming here!

Can’t recommend babyland enough. The guys, harry especially, were incredibly helpful right from the first time I called to enquire about parts for our bugaboo right the way through to fixing it. Babyland was recommended to us by a friend who had heard it was amazing, if I am completely honest on arrival my first thoughts I wasn’t sure what to think but after going into the shop I was pleasantly surprised.

We spoke to a guy called Harry who listened carefully to our criteria and then proceeded to show us all of our options in great detail, he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products he showed us and nothing was too much trouble, we left that day having not made a purchase but with a pretty good idea about what our best option was, after going away and discussing it amongst our selves I called back today and ordered our new travel systems, this shop is about an hours drive away from us but the customer service we received made us want to give be them our business. Harry is a great asset to the company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. We were served originally by mother and son who knew everything there was to know about the travel systems- they demonstrated all of them, told us honestly about the pros and cons and at no point did we feel like we were being sold to. There was no pressure and no hard sell. Called up the next day to order our pushchair over the phone and collected the next day. The two ladies who served us when we collected were equally charming and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend Babyland Cheltenham enough! We will be back to buy more baby things in the future.

We're having a dispute after purchasing a stroller and are stuck in the middle of babyland (retailer) and mamas and papas (manufacturer)

Stroller has fallen apart twice, it's has been sent off for repair however the customer service from both parties are dreadful. I now don't trust that it won't happen again or worse if my child is in it. A member of staff has even insinuated that we have done the damage! Not happy!

Went to the shop about 10 days ago and bought a bugaboo cup holder for £13.99 , went there again this morning to buy one for a friend and was told it was £20 . I questioned the price and it suddenly dropped to £16.99 so i questioned the price again . The lady serving me showed me an online price of £14.99 , but told me she had to add £2 for some reason . Be very wary when shopping here they seem to make up what ever price suites them .
