Babyland Norwich

This is the second time we have been to Babyland for a car seat, with excellent service again, both on the phone and in person. They had several rear facing options for children over 18kgs and the seat was explained and fitted in our car while we were there.

The staff we're really helpful and happy to explain and show how the travel systems worked so we could get the right one for us. Very competitive prices too, wish we had gone there sooner before we bought a few things from mothercare/babies R us.

Website said item I was after was in stock arrived in store and it wasn't. They thought they had a different colour but couldn't find it. Wasted trip. Polite staff but please keep your stock levels updated...

We were recommended by friends and were not disappointed. The staff are excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As first-time parents-to-be the personal service and advice we received was invaluable. Much better than going to some of the big name baby shops. Great selection of prams, travel systems, furniture at competitive prices.

I get all my baby stuff from here. Really helpful, they listen to what you want, recommend the best items and 9 times out of 10 they are cheaper too. I had an issue with my pram and they sorted it there and then. Brilliant.
