BabyNatal classes are about preparing for the day when you first hold your baby in your arms - giving you all the info you need feel calm & confident.

There are so many things to learn and choose between when you're preparing for your new arrival, and it can seem pretty overwhelming! As a parent myself, I remember wondering where to begin and how I would ever learn to care for my newborn. I want to help make that easier for you.

As a Fedant accredited teacher, I can help by giving you all the tools, tips, options and choices you need to make the right decisions for you and your family, in an unbiased way. There is no one 'best' way, just a way that feels right for you.

I currently offer a range of antenatal and postnatal classes including:
- Birth Preparation for couples (3hrs)
- Practical Baby Care (2 or 3hrs)
- First Aid for Babies (2hrs)
- Understanding Baby Sleep (2hrs)
- Crying, Colic and Calming (2hrs)

These can be delivered as either private classes in your own home or as a group workshop in your local area.

2hr workshops £60 per couple
3hr workshops £75-£100 per couple
