Led by Peter Bacchus, former Global Head of Mining & Metals at Jefferies and Morgan Stanley, our core team consists of ten professionals, plus a five-person advisory board, with representatives in the UK, USA and Australia. Our team has led some of the mining industry's most transformational transactions, including the defence and sale of WMC in Australia; the post crisis recapitalisation of Anglo American; the defence of Rio Tinto; the bond financing to build Fortescue in WA; the pre-IPO funding, IPO, and merger of Glencore, First Quantum's contested public takeover of Inmet; and the IPO of Yellow Cake plc, an AIM listed investment vehicle providing investors pure exposure to the uranium price.
