About Back On Track

Back on Track Running and Fitness offers Group Fitness and Running groups, plus Personal Training with a focus on empowering women to exercise outdoors. Sessions for all abilities.

Back On Track Description

Back on Track offers outdoor running and fitness sessions all year round. Personal training in your home or in the Gym.

Our running groups meets weekly Monday 7. 30pm in Wonersh Park and split into abilities. The groups are very social and we welcome runners of every level.

We run Couch to 5k courses 2-3 times a year and take part in fun and social runs such as Park Runs on a regular basis.
Outdoor Fit-class is every Wednesday 9. 15am in Blackheath. This circuit type exercises is adaptable to all ages and abilities.

We offer one to one Personal Training to work on your individual goals, whether its getting fitter or preparing for an event.

Further Back on Track provides athletics training for Adults and children on track and cross country.
