Konstantin Tskhay, a hand crafted sushi master and former head chef of renown Sumosan restaurants, is now on a mission to take his sushi creations out of Mayfair to the whole of London.

Konstantin honed his sushi making skills in Japan, San Francisco and New York. Over the last 20 years he participated in opening 11 restaurants including Sumosan in Moscow, London, Monte Carlo and Dubai.
