Back2Health is a natural pain relief clinic. We offer Bowen Technique /NST, Reflexology, Osteopathy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)& Counselling.

The clinic offers a number of treatments where each person feels cared for individually, with kindness, honesty, dedication and patience. The aim is to reduce or eliminate pain, improve function and increase mobility in a genuinely holistic manner.

Owner Sara Grey believes a ‘whole approach’ to health and well being is absolutely essential. Good nutrition, hydration, exercise, adequate rest, stress management, appropriate supplementation and, of course, correct treatment, all play a key role in creating a healthy body and mind.
