I teach classical Pilates as private, one-on-one sessions only. Equipment sessions can be arranged with me at a Pilates studio in South Kensington, or home visits that include mat-work only repertoire, with use of small equipment can be arranged. My expertise is remedial Pilates and I works closely with some of the most renowned osteopaths, chiropractors, and physiotherapists in London. I also work with clients who are ante- or post-natal, or those who simply desire to get stronger and fitter, and developer a better relationship with their physical bodies.
