Based in Dartmouth Park, on the south east corner of Hampstead Heath in north London, we have a team of fully qualified, registered and insured male and female osteopaths and sports massage therapists.

Established in 2006 by Gavin Burt, the Backs & Beyond Osteopathic Clinic is a centre for the treatment of conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, whiplash associated disorders, sports injuries, headaches and pain from arthritic changes.

As well as our General Osteopathic Clinic, we run four other special interest clinics - a Running Injury Clinic, Knee pain clinic, Headache Clinic, and a Mother & Baby Clinic.

Gavin Burt is the founder of the runninginjuryoracle.com a worldwide website dedicated to runners, giving self help advice for over 70 common running injuries. Our specialist running clinic treats hundreds of runners each year from beginners to international athletes.

With over 500 patient consultations each month at Backs & Beyond, thousands of patients have benefited from our treatment plans. We provide solid diagnosis and care to help you improve as quickly as possible.

The majority of our new patients come to us by recommendation from existing patients that we have helped or are referred by their GP or health care providers.

We are recognised by all the major insurance companies, including BUPA and AXA PPP.
