Been treated at this hospital for a year now and the service and care is always great

Such a poor service, I was hoping that a private GP would be a better experience, I.e be able to get appointments, not have to wait for a week etc etc. Well this is even worse DO NOT wast your money! First I wanted to book and appointment it took me chasing them 3 times as I was told someone would call me back and they never did. Then I got an appointment, yay turned up, fine, took blood tests (ask before you agree cost me hundreds of pounds) then on leaving like you do I made another appointment at reception for test results. I turned up for this last night at 5.30pm to be told nothing was booked and no doctor was available!

So then I was told the doctor would call before 7pm to talk through on the phone, then called back to say no she couldn't, that she would call me in the morning (today) between 8am and 8.30pm, guess what no phone call! So I'm now going to have to chase them again to try and get the results of blood tests that I've paid through the nose for!

I'm going back to the good old NHS as although frustrating at least you eventually get seen! DO NOT Bother with this Doctor private practice waste of energy. I feel like billing them for my hourly rate!

My experience at this hospital was absolutely faultless. I was fortunate enough to be referred by a close friend to Doctor Georgeu in early November 2016. I am 27 years old, with a petite frame and I had lost a substantial amount of breast tissue after two pregnancies, resulting in very little breast tissue and a lot of skin giving the appearance of small sagging breasts and a deformity of the natural breast shape.
I had done a lot of research and upon receiving such a high recommendation, I made an appointment with Mr Georgeu's secretary Diane Smart who was wonderfully helpful and very informative throughout the entire appointment process.
During my first meeting with Dr Georgeu, he was very friendly and extremely informative, he made me feel very at ease, explained everything very clearly to me and ensured that all of my questions were answered. We decided together on a implant size and shape that Mr Georgeu had suggested would be appropriate for my frame. He further demonstrated his wealth of knowledge by explaining the impact that a small increase in size could have a detrimental effect on the poor quality tissue over time and this was why he felt that this implant size was more appropriate than the slightly larger size we had looked at. He also demonstrated his understanding of my anatomy and how the shape of my chest wall and ribcage will affect how the implants sit.
Dr Georgeu requested to see me once again (at no additional cost) before my surgery just to check that I was happy to go ahead with what we had previously decided together.
By surgery day on 3rd January 2017 I was unusually relaxed, I felt absolute confidence in Dr Georgeu's ability. He came to see me in the morning to draw on my markings for surgery and once again put me at ease with his light humour and kind nature.
Upon waking from surgery I was very comfortable and not in any pain at all. I was being looked after and monitored by the lovely nursing staff at the Baddow hospital and received the upmost care and attention in their state of the art facility. Shortly after I was able to get up and move around Dr Georgeu came to see me for the 'big reveal.' He unfastened the bra, binder and stabiliser that had been put in place and I was astounded and overwhelmed with the result. I found it all very emotional. This had been something that had plagued me for such a long time and had such a profound affect on my confidence, relationship and the way that I dressed daily, I simply could not believe what I was looking at. They are the perfect size for my frame, have a beautifully natural shape, my nipples have been realigned (having been a 1.3cm height difference preoperatively) and my incisions are no more than 1.5cm long.
I simply cannot thank Mr Georgeu enough for what he has done for me and my self confidence. He is an incredibly talented surgeon and a wonderful man. I couldn't recommend him highly enough to anyone considering this kind of surgery.

My Wife received first class treatment and care at Baddow Hospital. All the staff were so friendly and attentive. Lovely and clean hospital with plenty of parking and excellent waiting area but it's the staff that make it special. Thank You to you all.
