Regarded as one of the friendliest golf clubs in Oxfordshire, Badgemore Park in Henley-on-Thames is more than equipped to provide a memorable days golf whether you are a member or visitor alike.
Founded in 1972, the glorious 18 hole parkland course was designed by Robert Sandow and is a challenge to golfers of all standards. State of the art irrigation ensures immaculately maintained fairways and putting surfaces all year round.
Off the course the club house, a converted 18th century Coach House, awaits you. Relax with a drink in our comfortable Spike Bar after your round or why not order a delicious meal to round off your day. Visitors & society golf welcome all year round.
Our beautiful setting is popular for weddings, functions, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, corporate events and social dinners. Badgemore Park also holds a civil ceremony licence to perform wedding ceremonies, simply the perfect for your whole wedding day. We also welcome non golfing visitors for breakfast, lunch and bar snacks 7 days a week.

Mother’s Day lunch at Badgemore Park, beautiful setting & we throughly enjoyed it. Great food, homemade lemon meringue pie was sublime! Very friendly staff. Seriously thinking of joining the impressive new Gym.
I went here for a wedding reception, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing, lovely atmosphere and the views around the golf course were beautiful xx would highly recommend for a wedding reception or party or function x
I have been working with Sharon and her team for 5 years now. Our party that we had their 3 years ago was truly a night to remember. The staff were friendly , the food was great, and Sharon right from the beginning made the organisation side so easy.

Great venue and great staff, had my 50th Birthday party here and it was great. Laura the Events Manager was really helpful and the staff were brillant and went the extra mile to be a nice event great!
Great night at An Audience with John Glen - director of 5 James Bond movies. Super food & such a great audience with a man who has the most incredible stories to tell of like behind the scenes of some the best movies ever made!
Fantastic scenery,accommodation good for one night stay, clean tidy very welcoming and friendly staff when we arrived greeted by Karmen and went for breakfast which was fab and the lady who served us was again friendly and very helpful and all staff we encountered were always welcoming and friendly .

Amazing venue and staff!! We just had our wedding party here and it could not have been better. The venue is brilliant, with plenty of room, loads of natural light, outdoor space and is a stunning location.
Even better than the location were the staff. Laura (events coordinator) was so helpful throughout. From meeting with us before hand (and putting up with all our requests!) to her hep all throughout the day she was an absolute star, a long with the rest of the team who made our night truly special.
My wife and I couldn't have wished for a better celebration and we have 130 extremely happy guests too!
Played severall times with a society. Always enjoy it though this time it had quite a few areas of GUR because new bunkers being introduced. Didn't detract from playing what was a challenging course in very windy conditions. Look forward to going back.
Good course, very open, fairways are lovely and the greens are very good.
We stayed in room 3 , the plug socket at the side of the bed was loose on the wall and could have been quite dangerous.
The metal carpet strip going into the bathroom was loose and I cut my foot quite badly on it , the bathroom was a little tired looking and there was dark hairs in the bath , the carpet in the bedroom was also badly stained .
Breakfast was ok and the staff were very polite and helpful , lovely location but a little attention to the maintenence of the rooms wouldn't go amiss.
The setting is lovely on a golf course. The Club members were very friendly and the staff were obliging. However, having to walk to the main building (in our case in the pouring rain) in order to have breakfast was not good. Overall there seemed to be a lack of management presence.
I love the club but am very disillusioned about the events manager whom one can never get a hold of. Leaving telephone (landline and mobile) and email messages and she just doesn't respond or even acknowledge receipt. Left a message for the person who handles the accommodation over a week ago and again no response. Very dissappointed as we are trying to organise a 50th birthday party & finalise a date and just no response gggrrrr
Had our work Christmas party there last night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disco was great with good mix of music to suit all tastes. Unfortunately the food let them down - french onion soup was basically gravy with a few onion slices.
Beautiful settings ,well maintained greens and fairways ,first golf course that I have been to where a few holes are crossing each other .Changing rooms and showers were clean and well kept ,all staff very polite and welcoming .
Arrived after a long drive, in the pouring rain. Met by a room of chauvinist male golfers who ignored me (female) and left both myself and my husband feeling like something the cat had dragged in. Won’t be staying there again. �
Seems like a great location. It's very pretty, however, the accommodation is just away from the club house and is pretty poor. My 'luxury room' was very basic and had a huge damp patch staining the ceiling. Bar shuts around 1900ish and food stops at 1800. Fortunately I arrived early so managed to get dinner. No mention of any of this when booking. Other cheaper chains (premier inn etc) would be far better.
