I received my photo blanket today. The delivery was excellent and the quality of the blanket is lovely. Thank you for the quick delivery. The blanket is a present for my 20 year old granddaughter and I didn't think it would arrive on time but it has - with a day to spare. My granddaughter will love it, I'm very impressed. I have purchased a variety of products from bags of love over the past year and have to say that every member of staff I’ve spoken with have been so patient and professional. I have never been left feeling that my enquiries have not been fully addressed.

Whilst I agree that some of the products are a little pricey, the flip side is every product is unique to each customer and like all manufacturing, larger quantities will award discounts.

I am delighted to have found Bags of love and those people who have received my designs on their products agree that the quality of printing is great.

Really disappointed in the lack of customer service when resolving an issue.... I sent an email on Saturday to say product arrived only to be papered on walls and I have a gap! Product has been made too small.... I’ve now made 3 calls and not been able to speak to the person dealing with the case. I’ve had a message today to say 12working hours while they contact productions about it! I’ve sent a copy of my order which clearly states what was ordered and a video with a tape measure that clearly shows its size not sure why they can’t resolve it! Such a shame as paper is nice! Very disappointed.
