We are looking for a bright motivated young person aged 16 to 19 who would like to gain an NVQ 2 in Hospitality whilst working full time and earning a wage.
You will be working both in Baguettes and also in Suburb cafe. This opportunity offers a basic foundation in all areas.
... Customer service and interaction with the public. (Both face to face and over the phone) Table service, order taking and waiting on. Quality hot drink service and coffee making. Hygienic kitchen duties and cleaning. Basic knife skills, cooking and food preparation. (Depending on age) Baking and production of fresh cakes, scones and tray bakes. Preparation and serving of sandwiches, salads, hot food and buffets.
