Went in for lunch with my nanna who was in a wheelchair and they brought a ramp out so easy access, service was fantastic and very helpful my nanna and myself totally enjoyed and price was good too x
This was probably the best little find in york as I was down for a training day would happily come here again if ever back in york staff so friendly exactly the way a cafe should be ran
Stopped in here this morning on my way to the Christmas market. Fabulous place, staff are all lovely, food is great with a large menu available and I had the best cup of tea ever!. It's nice and cosy and clean. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in York. I'd rather go to Bailey's than bettys any day. Thanks xx

Nice cafe in a good location. Had two breakfasts at Baileys while we were staying in York and a lunch. The food was excellent on each occasion. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly. Well worth a visit
Love this place - the only Caf├© I know of in York where we can all go as a family, Isaac can have a full on full English breakfast with gluten free fried bread and gluten free toast. Spot on!

Its a proper cafe.......not like costas and starbucks of this world......must try....waitresses are lovely and nothing a problem.they also have a gluten free menu.:-)
I went for a latte and cake with my partner and the service was great and there were loads of places to sit. Food and drink was delicious and prices werent bad at all. Happy customers.
I visted Baileys with my family in August and was not disappointed. One of my daughters and myself are coeliacs and were amazed at the different range of foods they had on offer, there was so much to choose from. I had a lasagne which came with garlic bread and it was lovely. Nearly all the desserts were gluten free too, the New York cheesecake was amazing. Highly recommend ’┐Į

Called in for breakfast on recommendation and was not disappointed full English breakfast ┬Ż4.95 before 11. Excellent quality and service and a great atmosphere as it was very busy. We will return.
As always our visit to York started and finished with a coffee and something yummy at Baileys! Staff are always friendly, food is always lovely and the Coffee is just right! And this latest visit the staff have gone above and beyond for us... my 11 yr old daughter accidentally left her phone and didnt realise till we were back home in Newcastle! Not only did they rescue the phone so it didnt get stolen, they graciously offered to post it back to her!! She is over the moon and i am unbelievably grateful!!
An essential part of our day every time we visit York. The staff are so lovely and the service is extremely efficient, even when it's busy. The menu is varied, with a good range of drinks, snacks and meals and delicious desserts. Highly recommended!
Always come here as our first stop when coming to York for breakfast or breakfast sandwich to set us up for the day in York lovely staff and great value and good extensive menu range. Everything looks so yummy. Came yesterday for my annual Christmas visit and was lovely as always. Thank you.
A really great cup of tea and delicious gluten free Victoria sponge cake. Friendly staff made you feel welcome. I would recommend this to anyone.
Only called in to get out of the rain , had a toastie and a coffee which was very nice , the staff was really friendly would definitely call in again .
Lovely cosy feeling. Not hit by the impersonal feel of coffee chains. Only had drinks but lovely tea.
Food was ok visited on 5thmay .was disappointed a friend who ordered coronation chicken jacket potato .the coronation chicken was served cold .the coronation chicken sandwich was ok . My pate the pate was lovely but was served according to menu with warm toast . All I got was bread . When mentioned said sorry but no furthers action taken until the last two visits all been fine . Be a while before visit again .
