went for a meal with family the food was fantastic and the service was top notch couldn't fault it will defo be goin again

roast beef dinner yesterday. it's the best I've had in years, and I have lots! I don't know how they do their beef, but it's worth the half hour drive to get it.

every time i go here with sister sue. we have great welcome from staff. always spot on meal and service well done baileys x

Went for dinner on Saturday evening and it was very good. Great location (even better if you get to sit at the table by the windows upstairs) and really nice food!

We were in Bridgenorth on Saturday afternoon looking for somewhere to eat and decided to try Bailey's Bistro. We were sat upstairs and my Husband went to order some food, a couple then got up and left and so I moved tables to a window seat as there are only two available. We had a lovely meal, I had tandoori chicken with saag aloo and salad and my Husband had the meat mousaka with salad, both were extremely tasty and filling. We watched the shoppers on the high street and had a very enjoyable hour

If I have a suggestion, it would be that the table had numbers only because we used the number from the couple who had left which caused some confusion. We will definitely be returning.

We went last sunday with our 1 year old, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they let us sit on the first table available even though was a table for 8 and it only was 3 of us. Not even the mess on the floor that we left was a problem! ( we obviously did apologise for it )

I would highly recommend, great staff, great food and prompt service.

We popped into baileys for a quick snack and a coffee. We were greated with smiley faces and a greeting. Ordered drinks came straight the way and ordered food for 3 of us. Food came within 15 minutes and was hot and just what we ordered, if a little more. Ready to pay the bill, left full up and ready to shop. Would well recomend this establishment to go into whether you want a snack, hot cold or a main meal. Sweets are to die for. Thank you 5 stars

We had a great meal at Baileys Wine Bar on Friday Evening. The staff are always friendly and accommodating to our needs. There is a great regular menu and an ever changing specials board. If you like a sweet at the end of your meal, then this is the place, as there is a fridge cabinet with a huge selection of locally made deserts. The owner ensured that we had a good evening, coming upstairs to ask how our meal was and offering a selection of Gins to drink at the bar after we had eaten. We enjoyed the whole experience and I felt the cost was very reasonable.

Really nice well cooked food with good fresh vegetables. Good choice for vegetarians, delightful sweets if you can find room to eat one after main meal. Good friendly service whenever we have visited. We would recommend�

Me and my other half went for a meal there today, we both had ribeye steak, myself with peppercorn sauce and can say it was delicious, service was brilliant and couldn’t fault a thing

Love this place. Good choice on menu. Food cooked to perfection with good sized portions. It will not be the last time I visit this bistro it's really nice.

I love Baileys Wine Bar and have been going there for years � everything about it is fabulous. The food, the wine, the staff and the atmosphere, all make for a fantastic dining experience. There are some great places to eat or drink in Bridgnorth, but, Baileys is No 1. A big thank you also to IAN, who always has time to chat to you and makes you feel very welcome. ��

I don't usually write reviews but felt the need to on this occasion. 4 of us went today for some lunch, 2 of us having pushchairs with babies. They found us a big table straightaway giving us plenty of room for the babies. They then straight away asked if they could get us anything to warm the babies food/milk. This made me really smile as it's not very often you get this kind of service in a busy place. The whole experience was great, the food was great and was a fantastic child friendly service.

HUGE Thankyou to Ian and the staff at Bailey's Wine Bar� arranged to meet friends for lunch, we'd taken them to Bailey's before on numerous occasions, they ask each if we could meet here as it is one of their favourite places in Bridgnorth to eat . They travelled from Tamworth,as well as them enjoying the mouth watering desserts, they say the food is is deliciously fresh and the atmosphere is cosy and welcoming � Nothing is too much trouble for Ian and his staff, we have two baby granddaughters under 2 ,and a daughter in wheelchair, and they every time make sure we are well looked after. It is clear to see why their customers come back time after time. See you guys soon ���

Great menu selection, lovely food, good value and friendly staff. The lad who served us last night was excellent, as were the other staff.

Great food...had the Sharing Platter.. delicious.

Great choice of food n wine...open all hours... great service with home made desserts ...pavlova a favourite ...large portions. all at reasonable prices !!

Fantastic Sunday lunch and lovely friendly staff, it's my favourite place to eat in Bridgnorth 😃

Fancied somewhere different then our usual haunts for Sunday tea, so we had a drive to Bridgenorth and found Baileys bistro. The food was fantastic, steak was cooked to perfection and staff very friendly a great place to eat. It definitely won't be our last visit.

Bailey's has been on our circuit of regular venues for more years than I care to remember ! Great to sit in the cosy fireplace made for two, or fill a couple of the huge tables upstairs for a group event. Great service, well cooked food, always feel welcome...what's not to like ???

Look forward to going again soon.

Great place to relax and watch the world go by

Amazing venue, lovely staff and great food. After eating our very delicious sirloin steaks, we managed to leave enough room for the mother of all desserts!



I've never been disappointed and sincerely, I love Baileys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

A very pleasant location in the heart of Bridgnorth's High Town with friendly , attentive staff and an excellent menu. I have never had a negative experience when dining at Baileys, and my last visit was certainly no exception. Very highly recommended.

Nice friendly place with bags of character we had a coffee in the fireplace and returned at lunchtime for a meal prices are OK I had a steak burger and my wife had pork fillet well presented and loads of it we ate upstairs which was fine except for 2 little boys who thought running on noisy wooden floors was fun we had kid sometime ago so I know it's difficult at times but hey ho grumpy old man moan over

My daughter and myself went for lunch Saturday. Food was lovely and staff were 1st rate.

Wouldn’t let me give a zero star so had to give a one... met my mom in bridgenorth for lunch and a spot of shopping we came across this place and menu looked good from outside and a well presented property so we decided to venture in, we ordered drinks from bar and they soon arrived, we then ordered a starter of black pudding scotch egg that was over cooked but edible.

Our mains then arrived , I chose the steak and ale pie with Stilton which was unseasoned and beef was fatty in parts, then there was the VEGETABLES ... my veg consisted of boiled peppers, courgette, celery, leeks and broccoli , I have never had such a strange combination of vegetables in my life . Wouldn’t have been so bad if they had tasted nice but they were bland ...well of course they were who serves boiled courgette and peppers, they were vile... there was no table check to the table so when waitress came to clear our table she asked if everything was ok so told her everything I’ve explained on her, she said she would talk to the chef.

She didn’t return with a apology or a explanation just left us, I went to order coffee and pay bill and still nothing, everything was still on the bill and nothing had been taken off for the complaint.

Bistro I think not... bistro prices for very disappointing food ....
