Received amazing service from Louise in the Property Management team at Bairstows. Really polite on the phone and extremely helpful. Its nice to see how much she cares for her customers and will definitely be ringing her when issues arise! Once again amazing service could not fault her whatsoever.

Had an amazing experience with the new sales team at Romford Bairstow Eves. Michelle, Claire, Chelsea and James were all fantastic and ever so helpful. They aren't just here to help you buy or sell your property they genuinely care about you as a person, couldn't thank them enough !!!

I would just like to say that although I was not ready to let my property out yet I received amazing service from the whole lettings team at Romford! Jason Guided me through the entire process to give me a heads up what to expect and the choice of services that are available. Also Georgia was very polite in her conversation with me on the phone in order to arrange meeting Jason. Massive thank you to Georgia, Jason, Ron and Ozlem!!!

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this office to anyone. They were very nice until we signed the contract. We suspected our future landlord was in violation of our future contract (we were right) and we asked them about it on the day of the signing. They either lied to cover it or had no idea what the state of the property they are dealing with is in. So under their supervision (and lie) we signed a violated contract and they couldn't care less. I immediately emailed and no one has bothered to even apologize, let alone explain the situation. My partner went to talk to them in person and they had no comment, didn't care at all. Do not trust them and go somewhere else, these are not people you want dealing with your property/letting arrangements. Extremely unprofessional.

Really helpful and were really quick at getting me viewings for some flats. And they kept me posted on updates when I chose a property to rent. Ron was really great and walked me through everything I needed and the agreement was all sorted super fast! Great friendly people would reccommend!

Dreadful experience!!!! Unprofessional and poor services!!!!
After the viewing, we've been suggested to increase the money so the owner of the property can achieve the asking price. Our offer has been accepted by the owner and we've have been told by the manager that property will be taken from the market. Our mortgage broker started the process but after a few days later we have found out the property has been taken by another buyer. I had to make the number of calls and write emails to clarify what exactly happened and no one was getting back to me on time. I'm not surprised why this agency has so many bad reviews. I would never recommend them!!!

what we experienced with this agency was terrible...agent showed us an apartment to rent and started often ringing us and asking us whether we want it..One Thursday we gave a deposit 500£ for this apartment and we agreed on Saturday to go to begin to fix documents.On Saturday we went to the office at 9.30 am but our agent was not there, and they said she would come in 1 pm we returned to 1 nM but she had not come...and so began the search for the agent .Monday she was not working Tuesday she was at work and started paperwork on Wednesday again disappeared she knew that we hurry and the deal was to strike on Friday. Thursday she came to work and said that paperwork and will ring an hour but she doesn't ring...We called her and she said the owner of apartment accepted another offer sorry!!!!! We were in shock!!!!This woman left us on the street and had to live in friends...and she offered to give us the same apartment but free after a month this woman was joking with us!!!!!!!!

I have just completed on my flat and have had an excellent experience using BE. What should have been a straightforward transaction became quite frantic due to silly deadlines being demanded by my buyer and inefficiencies from their solictors. The BE sales coordinator was brilliant with a professional approach and excellent communication. I would highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever. Tried to find out more about properties to rent, they just took my number and never called back. Quite arrogant staff. I would never recommend it to anyone. There are many more agencies way more helpful and more profesional than BE.

They will do all they can to sell, even if it means giving half truths, missing off vital information, not answering your questions, and putting a lot of time pressure. Do not trust them.

If your looking for a property then I would highly recommend Bairstoweves. The romford branch team are knowledgeable and friendly from the moment you step in the door till the moment you leave. I'd like to say a particular thank you to Jason for all his help and kindness through this stressful process. He was very professional and really just went that little bit further in finding us what we wanted. He sold us a dream. I can not fault bairstowes team, they have been nothing but amazing!

Yes people there were friendly, but that's about it. First off, paid a 'reasonable fee' of £300 and spent 30 minutes writing down every personal detail for a background check. Then paid another £125 for contract drafting. Took them almost 3 weeks to draft the contract. Finally they will frequently close early or have no one in the office during opening hour. I would rather take the risk using Gumtree next time than use BE again
