We'd already decided we were dining here after our afternoon at the nearby Royal Court theatre. Otto and his staff (he obvious selects his staff with care), were so welcoming and attentive throughout the meal, without being overly intrusive. It was like dining with family or friends, it was so relaxing. The food was excellent, healthy, freshly cooked and we all chose well. We had chicken and lamb shawarma platters and the vegan burger for me with Arabic rice because I don't like fries, followed by the cheesecake for two of us and the pineapple and almond cake all with ice cream. The Chai tea was delicious too. We can't wait to go back and in such a brilliant location there's no excuse not to. Thank you again to Otto and staff, you're fabulous.

We have been wanting to eat here for a while after seeing some lovely dishes when passing by. We finally tried it on Sunday and we were not disappointed! Food was freshly cooked, the platter was amazing, Arabic rice and the salad on the side was delicious. Very reasonably priced and excellent service from all staff we encountered. Will definitely being going back try something else from the menu!

This was our 2nd visit to this Bakchich. We have been to the Bold St one as well. The food was lovely as usual and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and efficient. It is a lovely restaurant, great atmosphere and fab food. We will be back.

Lovely food and excellent service

Lovely addition to Williamson square, open from 8am which is ideal for an early morning breakfast. Only had time today for coffee and croissant special but it was really good and presented so nicely. Excellent customer service and a friendly welcoming smile means I will be back to try some more dishes

Fabulous food and mint tea was gorgeous. Very nice friendly staff and good value for money. Usually go to the one in Bold Street and dubious about trying a new sleeker version but it was even better than normal. All tasted so fresh and not as though " pinged" like in a lot of places nowadays. 10 out of 10 and we will deffo visit again.

Went here with my daughter for lunch after Christmas shopping. My daughter had a chicken wrap and a croissant. The chicken wrap was really big that we both could share it. It was really tasty and the croissant tasty like it was freshly baked and it was really tasty as well. The staff were really helpful and we didn't have to wait long to be seen. Would go here again a really nice place!

Husband & I had a meal last night, as we were staying in town. The restaurant was very quiet due to the wet weather, so we had a choice of were to sit. Good choice of menu, staff very helpful . The only downfall is every time we’ve eaten Lebanese food it repeats on both of us & it is very unpleasant. We are unsure if it’s the amount of spices they add.

Food is amazing service not that good basically didnt ask idf we wanted drinks had to keep askin and after receiving mains was ignored even tho we were wanting deserts waited ages then to pay ended up goin to kaspas for desert bad end to a meal that could have been amazing
