Hi all today's bakes did go quite as planned time wise, due to life and dough having a mind of it own.
So apologies to anyone who was expect bread today.

absolutely the best bread - my other half is a cheap white sliced and he is looking at finishing an entire 50/50 loaf !

We have been taste testing over the last few months, Simon has perfected sourdough and it is delicious. Will definitely be back for more.

Ordered a large linseed loaf with a medium-dark crust. It was amazing. So much flavour and unlike any "supermarket" sourdough you'll find, worth every penny. Amazingly helpful on collection too explaining exactly the best way to store and letting me know he can adjust anything i wanted on the next order. A treasure of a business that I'll definitely be ordering from again.

Lovely bread - kids love it with jam and my favourite is just toasted with butter!
