Quite simply the best street food and pizza in Brum - wood fired, tasty, local ingredients

Opted for the Chicken Tikka on flat bread at DDC last night. It was genuinely the best I've had outside of India. So much so that I had some kind of food based meltdown and couldn't speak for 10 minutes, other than to say "this is so f-ing good" repeatedly.

My first time sampling BIB food having heard about and followed them on social media for a while. Me and my friend practically inhaled our chicken tikka wraps they were so tasty and fresh. Being a real bread fanatic I loved that the flatbreads were also 'mini' baked and not bought in. Bravo guys look forward to many more meetings in the future

Me and two friends came in late Friday night to eat and all staff were still upbeat and welcoming! We were served by Tom who was awesome and always made sure we were happy with our food. The food was amazing, the pizza is the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming again soon! Thankyou �

Lee and his team provided amazing food and amazing service for our wedding in July! We can't thank them enough! Lee was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right menu and nothing was too much trouble. On the day all the staff were extremely friendly and everything ran smoothly. The food and the set up exceeded our expectations and the mini certainly impressed our guests! If you're looking for something a little different for your wedding then look no further - we would highly recommend Backed in Brick!

Just sampled your amazing tikka at the bournville food festival big thumbs up from me.

I also ordered just tikka meat in a flatbread for my son who is on has Aspergers and was watching the whole experience to ensure that it was just meat he got.... and he said the bread was soft and lovely and the meat was just spicy enough and tasty and he wants to eat there again.. thats huge. lovely food. thank you

Just rocked up to codsall food festival and found this gem. Food was incredible! Knew it must have been a gudden as it was heaving! :-)

Just had what I can only explain as the best take away meal I have ever had!! As an ex publican and outside caterer that's got to say something. Well done

Thanks to a wonky metabolism our son struggles to eat out but the imaginative menu and understanding staff with a willingness to listen meant that for the first time in his 13 years our birthday boy was able to have a pizza that wasn't made in our kitchen! All of our other orders were delicious too and served in cool, comfortable surroundings. We wish you every success for your new venture and hope to be back soon.

Baked in brick love pizza from the flour used in the dough , to the smoked ham used in the toppings. Served by happy passionate people. The company evolves every time I eat with them.
