Booked for a full body massage and facial on groupon, more than worth the money. Came away very pleased. The staff there are lovely.

Just had the most unbelievable Injury repair massage with the new holistic therapist Sarita, fantastic..!!

Although waiting area is just in salon and not very relaxing..the massage room and masseur (Cindy) were excellent. Would go again.

Really good staff, brilliant cut, I would highly recommend to others. The male hairstylist gave us great advice on the hair style which would best suit my grandaughter.

First visit here and with a Groupon. My stylist, Paul, was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable he did an great job on my hair

Absolutely appalled by my experience. I had a Groupon voucher for a cut and colour. However, he refused to colour my hair as he didn't know what colours had been used on it in the past (absolute bollocks) and he has ruined my hair. He used a razor to cut it, has cut it 3 inches shorter than I asked and thinned it. I specifically said I want to be able to tie it back as I have a young baby and I can't because it's too short

Where do I start, I paid on group on and knew nothing about the salon but Ben has totally ruined my hair! I had high lights and a blow dry. He left my hair patchy and frazzled! I rang and told them how disappointed I was and they couldn't care less, then the manager rang me of a unknown number and said he was from group on and that I need to give them the voucher them put the phone down! I now have to pay for a colour correction that's £80. All I can say is MONEY GRABBERS!!

Do not touch this hairdressers absolutely dreadful, had color this morning he chose the color. I can see the inch of roots I went in with some very pale color. When I said I did not like the color it looked nothing like color in the book. He told me my hair was so white and the hair in the book is synthetic he should have thought that before he colored it. He went on to cut my hair dry he took nothing off the top and did not even cut my fringe. He did offer to redo the color but I was in so much pain at the time, and it had been messed up once never again I only wish I had read the reviews before going..
