I consider The Bakerie my local and the guys that work their my friends. The food is always delicious and their wine selection is top notch. Unlike most bars in the NQ it has both a friendly atmosphere and a reasonable price tag with substance too.

Huge thanks to Bakerie for our Christmas meal tonight. All 19 in the group thoroughly enjoyed it and we had a really lovely time.

The two ladies that served us tonight were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

The food was great, definitely not the usual Christmas fayre that gets served up to the masses and the glass of Prosecco definitely went down well too.

We'll definitely be back!

Cracking Sunday lunch in great surroundings. Food was excellent.

We had our eork Christmas do here yesterdsy. Nice food and service was fine. Only issues were:



1) Red wine felt virtually chilled. It should be left at room temperature for a while before they bring it to tables



2) The hand dryer in the gentlemen's toilets doesn't work



3) No Christmas music. The theme from Ghostbusters does not constitute festive music, by which to accompany a Christmas meal.

Had a sharing platter with cheeses and meats with a variety of bread, all of which was lovely. Nice relaxed atmosphere and great place to catch up with friends

Great ambiance

Used to love Sunday roast, but have to say last one was rather cold and they werent busy. Shame as normally great food and great service. Very clean as well

Lovely boards. We ordered the vegan and the seafood to share with loads of bread. 2 ordered sweets which we had to wait a good 15 mins for. On arrival the Oreo cheesecake tasted very very salty we sent it back and I asked them to taste it. It was swiftly knocked off the bill.
