With over 30 years experience in the Travel Industry, exceptionally well travelled and with excellent contacts, Jacquie Cole set up her own fully bonded agency, Bakewell Travel, Harrogate in January 2012. Unlike traditional high street Travel Agencies, Bakewell Travel, Harrogate is based in a serviced office where Jacquie offers appointment based consultations and discusses clients requirements in privacy over a coffee. There are no booking fees, Jacquie simply wants to give the best possible service and help clients choose the right holiday experience for them, whether it be a city break, a relaxing beach holiday or one of the complicated multi destination itineraries that she specialises in. Jacquie appreciates that not all clients have time to come to the office and is equally used to working by phone and email, she understands that while some clients have a destination in mind, others are in need of inspiration and ideas, and she enjoys suggesting destinations, properties and activities that clients might not have thought of themselves.
