With over 30 years experience as a Chef and teacher. I have cooked for Royalty and MP's during my career, 8 years as a instructor at the Army School of Catering and the Defence Food Services School. Competed in international catering competitions and have an array of awards.

I'm now offering courses in baking, cooking and cold smoking. The courses are held in my country style kitchen with a maximum of 4 students. Allowing you to take participate and ask questions, and most of all learn and leave with the skills to bake at home with confidence.
