This is a personal training space for your lifestyle and fitness where you can work 1-1 and in small groups. We also offer Yoga and will be offering Pilates in the Autumn. I provide support in the form of suggested nutritional advice and home support to get you the results that you want. Then a maintenance programme to keep it all going whilst living your life! Personal TrainingGreat for really pushing yourself and getting the one to one experience. 1-1 specific goal set training with feedback and accountablitiy to clients Prescriptive Exercise and instruction one to one Goal Setting Feedback sessions Accountability to Clients Measure strengths and weaknesses and work on both Fun and motivating sessions Classes Groups of friends who can work together to achieve a goal and spur each other on or Just come along and make new friends and work with like minded people to achieve your goals Fun sessions working on all muscle groups
