Firstly, to search for interesting, quality wines of good value - often from small producers - hidden gems!
Secondly, to offer the most extensive winelist from SouthWest France, the last "undiscovered" wine region of France.
Thirdly, from producers who are passionate about their product, are aware of the internationalisation of taste yet wish to remain true to their terroir, their regionality and the use of local grapes. Producers who acknowledge competition in a world market, one increasingly driven by brands lacking distinction, variety and individuality.
