Ballard & Shortall Funeral Directors

My dear Dad passed away in early March 2017 and I was devastated by the loss. I walked into the offices of Ballard and Shortall in a dark fog of grief. Every step of the way, I was helped by the staff with kindness, compassion and sensitivity. On the day of the funeral, I was so proud of the beautiful and dignified way in which Ballard and Shortall conducted the arrangements. My Dad would have been so pleased with such a fitting and wonderful farewell. I cannot thank you all enough, and to this day, I am filled with emotion at how much dignity and attention to detail was accorded my darling Dad on this most painful of occasions. It made it both memorable and bearable. I feel nothing but deep gratitude and appreciation.

We found Ballard and Shortall to be very accommodating and respectful and would recommend them.

My partners Uncle's funeral has been cancelled TWO DAYS before the scheduled date due to the social not paying for the funeral like they guaranteed they would. His uncle's partner made it aware to the social that she didnt have the funds to pay for the funeral and social agreed to pay £1500 and havent.
Absolutely disgusting!
